All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at the time of ordering. 

HAIRBEAU has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of order.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase. We will inspect the item then contact you with a decision.  

This excludes the following:

  • items personalised for you
  • unsealed products are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
  • wigs
  • virgin hair extensions

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@hairbeau.co.uk

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Electronics:-

All Electronic items are sold with a 1 year warranty with us, we shall repair/replace your item if it is found to have an electronic fault. Please see the items user manual for additional warranties with the manufacture.  

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
