The prices of the goods will be as quoted on the Online Store. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of goods are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. All prices are quoted in GB Pound Sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay. Your order will not be affected if you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
The Online Store contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the Online Store may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until you have communicated your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Orders
Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery where applicable) you will receive confirmation that your order has been received. Please note, this does not constitute acceptance by us. The conclusion of sale is formed upon receipt of an email dispatch confirmation.
We currently do not accept orders for Worldwide deliveries. We are currently only dispatching to UK based addresses.
We accept payment for products supplied by us and delivery services provided by us by debit or credit card and PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account at the time or shortly before the products are dispatched to you.
HAIRBEAU will take all reasonable care in accordance with applicable laws, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of the Customer’s Order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on its part (and, subject to applicable laws, including laws relating to data protection and privacy) HAIRBEAU cannot be held liable for any loss suffered by HAIRBEAU if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Online Store.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Online Store; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Delivery
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. It is our policy to try to despatch all orders within 3 working days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. In any case, delivery will be made within 30 days after the date we accept your order.
If there are delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party then HAIRBEAU will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and, provided we do this, we will not be liable for such delay. If there is a substantial delay you may end the contract and will be entitled to receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Reviews and Other Submissions
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. The Customer shall respect all licence agreements delivered by the copyright owners. HAIRBEAU cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party.
All trademarks shown on www.hairbeau.co.uk belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission.
You must not use any part of the materials on the Online Store for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
Indemnification
